Does lihi have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan lets you create up to 500 short links and use A/B split links, custom parameters, and the browser extension. It’s a good fit if you’re new to lihi.

Which plans include API access?

lihi offers two API tiers. The Basic API, included in the Starter plan and above, lets you create short links from your website, app, or automated workflows, and uses the same API key as Google Sheets. The Business API, included in the Business plan and above, adds querying, editing, and deleting links, bulk operations, and filtering links by tag or creation date. The Free plan does not include API access.

Can I use iPhone Shortcuts on the Free plan?

No. iPhone Shortcuts requires the Starter plan or above, because it creates short links with your API key, and the Free plan does not include an API key.

Do I need to buy a domain to use lihi?

No. You can start creating short links with lihi’s default domain. If you want your links to look more on-brand, or you’re using them in ads, SMS, or social campaigns, we recommend using your own branded domain.

Do I need a paid plan to use a custom domain?

To create short links with a custom domain, you’ll need a Starter, Business, or Enterprise plan. The Free plan uses lihi’s default domain.

Can I buy a domain through lihi?

Yes. You can buy a branded domain through lihi Domain and connect it to your lihi short links right after purchase.

Do lihi plans include domain fees?

No. Plan fees cover short links and related features only. Domain purchase and renewal fees are billed separately. See lihi Domain for current domain pricing.

What happens to my short links if my domain expires?

If your custom domain expires, isn’t renewed, or has a DNS issue, short links created with that domain may stop working. We recommend checking your domain status and renewal date regularly.

Do prices include tax?

Plan prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. The final amount is shown at checkout.
