What is a Custom Error Redirect?

A Custom Error Redirect (or Custom 404 Page) determines where a visitor is sent if they click on a short link that is invalid, expired, or has been deleted. Instead of seeing a generic error page, you can guide them to your homepage or a specific landing page.

How to Set Up

1. Navigate to Settings: From the main dashboard, click Domains in the left menu.
2. Access Domain Configuration: Click the Other Settings button, then select Settings.
   
3. Enter URL: Input the destination URL you want visitors to see when a link fails.
   
4. Finish: Click Save to complete the setup.
